Zumba® Fitness is a feel happy workout that fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow dance moves to create a high energy, calorie blasting, total body based workout. Most classes are 60 minutes (including a warm-up and cool-down). Wear comfortable clothing with room to breathe. Wear lightweight sneakers so you can dance and perform lateral movements.
